Specialists in small-batch personalization of goods and apparel. However, we ONLY accept customer-provided items for our custom embroidery.
Process
Review the price list below. Add to your cart the type of item you will be bringing to our location for embroidery, and enter the details in the personalization questions. Remember, you must provide the item(s) to be embroidered. After receiving your order, we will reach out to you to coordinate drop-off of your item(s) for embroidery.
Restrictions
For the peace of mind of all parties, we cannot personalize any heirloom or irreplaceable items.

Local pick-up is preferred. Some short-distance deliveries are available in the Pittsburgh, PA area. At this time, no orders can be fulfilled that require mailing the customer-provided item back.

Return Policy & Care Instructions
Due to the custom nature of embroidered items, we cannot offer returns, but please contact us if you have a problem with your purchase.
Embroidered items should be washed on a cold, delicate cycle, and laid flat to dry. Use a hot iron for wrinkles.
